 Barbadian swimmer Andrei Cross came back strongly from a three-year lay off between 2002 to 2005 caused by a serious shoulder injury which kept him from competitive swimming. He came back like a man on a mission, winning a CAC medal and continually lowering his own personal bests and national records in his pet events - the 50m and 100m breaststroke.
