JAMAICA'S HELSINKI WORLD OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALLIST AND FORMER WORLD 400 METRES WORLD RECORD HOLDER RETURNS: Dr. George Rhoden, winner of the 400 metres in the Olympic best-ever time of 45.9 seconds at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, is seen with his family in the Norman Manley International Airport Terminal building yesterday afternoon as he returned home for the first time in sixteen years to be a special guest along with Dr. Arthur Wint, Herb McKenley and Les Laing - the Helsinki Olympics gold-medal winning 1600-metre relay team - at today's unveiling of the Donald Quarrie statue. At left is 10-year-old George Vernon while Mrs. Rhoden, the former Brenda Gayle, a California teacher, holds three-year-old George Vincent.
